Terms and Conditions for Points Accumulation

• Please inform the cashier of your registered mobile phone number. For every 25 Baht spent, you will receive 1 reward point, excluding
  non-participating products, which include alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, medications, infant formula, gift cards, cash cards, prepaid
  cards, and all products sold in leased areas. The company reserves the right to add or remove items from the list of non-participating
  products as deemed appropriate.
• The points accumulated will be calculated based on the spending amount after discounts and cash coupons of all types have been
  applied.
• Points will automatically be credited to your account within 24 hours after the transaction.
• Points accumulated between January 1 and December 31 of each year will expire on December 31 of the following year.
• If you return a product and receive a refund, points equivalent to the value of the points earned from that purchase will be deducted
  from your account. The company reserves the right to deduct points without prior notice.
• You can check your accumulated points at LINE @mitsukoshidpckath > Memberships > Profile. If the points are incorrect, you must
  notify the company within 90 days from the date of purchase or the date you have the right to receive, use, or adjust the points,
  whichever is applicable. Otherwise, you will be deemed to accept the accuracy of the points displayed in the system.
• The company reserves the right to exercise discretion in disqualifying points accumulation or redemption for any actions that suggest
  fraudulent behavior or any activities that may harm this promotion or the company.
• The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Points Redemption

• • Members can redeem accumulated points for various benefits only after registering with complete and accurate information and
    maintaining their membership status. Members must present a Thai ID card or a passport (for foreigners) that matches the member’s
    information at the customer service point/cashier.
  • Accumulated points cannot be exchanged, refunded for cash, or transferred to others.
  • Points redeemed for products/services/benefits cannot be returned under any circumstances.

GOLD MEMBER

To qualify as a MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA “GOLD MEMBER,” customers must accumulate purchases totaling 50,000 THB at the MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA (Supermarket Zone) between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025.

CRITERIA FOR SPENDING ACCUMULATION

The eligible purchases do not include alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, medicines, infant formula and follow-up formula milk powder,

gift vouchers/cash cards purchase and all products sold in rental shops in The MITSUKOSHI Gourmet zone.

RETAINING MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA “GOLD MEMBER” STATUS

To retain MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA “GOLD MEMBER” status, the member must accumulate a minimum of 50,000 Baht spending from MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA (Supermarket zone) within the year of “GOLD MEMBER” status expiry. (Accumulated spending and membership validity can be checked from MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA LINE OA)

• MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of membership eligibility without prior notification.
• MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA reserves the right to modify or cancel membership status without prior notification.
• MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA reserves the right to modify membership benefits without prior notification.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA is considered as final.
